Homesphere, Lda aims to comply with EU and national legal standards regarding data protection, as stipulated in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and following the goals and policies outlined below in this internal regulation.

Homesphere, Lda has an ongoing implementation of a data protection system to ensure, in a responsible way, security and privacy in the treatment of personal data of all stakeholders (customers, partners, employees and service providers).

Homesphere, Lda does not sell or cede its databases to third parties and ensures that when collecting and processing any personal data, it does so only in accordance with the following principles:

1. Purpose for which personal data is collected:

The personal data collected by Homesphere, Lda, is intended solely for the exercise of the activities of real estate mediation and lease management and for the exercise of the activity of remodeling and works in real estate, namely for the presentation of real estate solutions and works to their customers, with the scrupulous fulfillment of the Real Estate Mediation Law as provided by Law 115/2013 of February 8.

2. Required elements or data:

Whenever we request personal data or any natural person voluntarily provides us with them, the fields that are required to be filled in are essential data in order to contact you and to carry out our business activities, and the absence of these data may affect the efficiency and outcome of our service provision.

In compliance with the principle of data minimization, Homesphere, Lda requests from any natural person only those personal elements strictly necessary to the exercise of its activity, taking into account each stage of the legal relationship between Homesphere, Lda and the data subject, so that the data collected and processed are strictly adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;

3. Storage period of the data provided:

Personal data will be kept by Homesphere, Lda only for the time strictly necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, or for a longer period only in cases of compliance with legal obligations.

4. Rights of the data subject:

In accordance with the provisions of the RGPD and always within the scope and limitations provided for in legal regulations, Homesphere, Lda ensures its customers, as data subjects, the exercise of the rights provided for in that regulation, including the right to protection of their personal data, privacy, the right of access to them, the right to their rectification, erasure, portability (if and when applicable), limitation, opposition to the processing, notification in case of irregularities, and also the right to be informed in case of violation of personal data;

In addition to the rights listed above, Homesphere, Lda also ensures several rights related to the principles of personal data treatment provided by Article 5 of the RGPD, namely the right to be informed in case of a personal data violation. These include the right to have all data processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, collected for a specific purpose, adequate to the purpose for which they are intended, relevant, limited, recorded accurately, that can be updated and kept in a manner that allows the identification of the data subject for only as long as is necessary, consented to, or legally required, and always processed in such a way that its security is ensured, except in legally prescribed situations.
